First In Three needs one or two of you

Northern Stage's 'First in Three,' is diversifying...

Northern Stage has invited Wunderbar Festival to bring its take on performance to ‘First In Three,’ the regular opportunity for regional artists to show work in progress and gain critical feedback from the audience at Northern Stage.

The night will be curated by and hosted by artist/curator Nicola Singh, Wunderbar’s curatorial intern, in collaboration with the Northern Stage team and take place on the 12th November from 7.30pm-10.00pm.

We’re inviting submissions from a variety of art forms - visual art, theatre, dance, interdisciplinary modes of performance and everything else in between - but we’re looking for performances which place the audience at the heart of the experience exploring an innovation of performer and audience engagement. Northern Stage’s Stage 3 is the main site for the evening, but we’re open to your suggestions for creative use of space around the building.

The process will be the same; artists are asked to submit a proposal to us by filing in a dedicated form, and identifying two feedback questions to ask the audience. These can be obtained by contacting Jo Cundall: jcundall@northernstage.co.uk or 0191 242 7217.
